Returns Policy
New products may be returned for refund, credit or exchange for any reason for up to thirty days. Defective new products may be returned for refund, credit or exchange for up to sixty days
All Innovera products carry an extended warranty and may be returned for a refund for up to thirty days, credit for up to sixty days and exchange only for up to one year from date of purchase.
For items ordered in error a 6% restocking fee and return freight will be deducted from your credit. In the event of a product return we will either issue a FedEx or UPS call tag, fax you a FedEx Ground shipping label or mail you a UPS A.R.S (Automatic Return System) label for the return of your merchandise. Some manufacturers require that defective products be returned directly to them.
